Squash Yukon offers a variety of lesson options targeting all levels of play from the new player getting on court for the first time, to the high performance athlete working on improving skills and fitness. Lessons can be taken on an individual basis with Squash Yukon’s certified coaches or as part of a group of between two and five utilizing the assistance of certified Level I coaches.
Junior lessons fall under either Munchkins (for ages 6-8), Junior Development (for beginners and novices ages 9 and up). Both of these programs introduce the players to the basics of squash where they are encouraged to have fun and be active. More advanced juniors are encouraged to join the Competitive Squash Squad which builds on the basics developed in the Junior Development program and leads to an introduction to more advanced skills, competition and outside tournament travel.
Cameron Webber and Jane Bell will be coaching the Junior Development and Competitive groups.
